Chief Ministers , Special Convoys, High Level Civilian & Government personal use them too. Use brain, even a small company which has budget less then 100$ million has private jets. *
Yes spending £60million on the ego of a president in a poor country like Pakistan, says it all. You need to put things in perspective and don't get personal.
