I’m not laughing at you dear, I’m laughing at the idiotic reply by Miss Nia. If you are concerned about your weight Sara, start working out with utmost dedication and eat right. Keep thinking about what you will achieve once you start, and let that motivate you for as long as possible. If you are concerned about other issues, take them step by step. Going to the bathroom and looking at yourself in the mirror will not do anything. You will see results once you are dedicated and stubborn.
