workout actually. Self esteem is related to self image. If you dont like how you look you`ll think others dont like how you look too.

Working out is a GREAT WAY of building self esteem. So get them free weights (light ones for you girlies) and start working out and jogging. Swimming is a very good excercise too and one of the more funner ones :)
