mahnoor i have the same kind of collection and very similar to those i posted above 
** Muniyah ** i also think so that we cant hold it like other handbags, may be there is small strip or what u call in urdu is " dori '" to hold because in normal routine we are not holding such pouches these are for special occasions like farwa posted above
