1) Well. In west... BF gives choco, flowers, some private clothes from famous VS store.. It results a date night candle light dinner... and further...... nahi bata raha...
In Pakistan: fazool chichor bazian... red shirt, red kamez....... cheap harkatain... ha ha ho hoe hee..

By spending time with each other, participating in activities both like. Maybe doing something nice for your spouse like cooking a nice, romantic meal. Suna hai tohfa dene se mohabbat barhti hai. It doesn't have to be something expensive, just as long as it's thoughtful. And a verbal confirmation of your feelings because it's nice to hear each time.
