That’s hypocrisy.

The mother child bond is stronger? Ok, so when you ask a woman to stay home for that same reason, you’re oppressing her.

But when it comes time to allow the father EQUAL custody, then we say screw him. The mother gets full custody. That’s the bias in legal systems around the world.

this makes no sense. if the mother decides to work instead of staying home for the child, its not like the father will have to stay home. different issues - custody and childcare.
