well simple
when u see some one have some thing u dont have
u might try and have it or unable to have it is separate thing
once u get it or destroy the other's
u find something new to be jealous abt
thats part of life and nature of human beings
its a gift by GOD in real means which gives u strength and courage to do some thing or to be better at 1st place. If you remove this feeling from human nature, u wont see all this development over the years till today.

Envy is correct word for rashk but RAshk kerney mein aur hasad mein faraq kaya hota hai?
