OMG its cuz u dont have the codecs or ur WMV codecs updated with latest series.

update ur Windows Media Player to latest version. or try USNIG VLC PLAYER

VLC will do it without using codecs.

once u open VLC player go to File–>open networkstream and then chose mms and paste in the mms link.
