Actually I'm curious for that reference as well. I've always been told that simply being busy at the time of saaat was not an excuse for delaying it, and if you did delay it then you would have to pray it as qaza.

Because this is clear cut against the verses of the Quran, i Know Allaah is merciful thats one reason Allaah is reduced our prayers during the time of travel.
