Soooo, what if you get married and live with the in-laws. What if you dont have a bathroom in your room the first night?
I mean do you just change in front of him/her- and for girls makeup, will you leave your room, go into the bathroom, and wash your fase then run to your room? I mean think about it. This has me wondering.

That is quite a genuine question Sabs.

I think you can do two things in terms of changing. You can ask him to leave the room (make him understand that at this time, you need some privacy) and change. Or you can ask him to turn around and dont look back (that is if you have that degree of frankness with him).

For the makeup removal, I suggest that have makeup removal wipes with you. No need to go to the bathroom and wash face.

I am really surprised that you did not bring up “when/how would you do the ghusl after wedding night if you have to perform Fajr prayers”? :D. That is a more serious situation than the other two.
