I dont watch tv at all.....I was once addicted to it....ab tao bilkul nahi dekhti ....Alhumdulillah :)

I can live without TV. Everything is online these days. As long as I have my laptop and wireless connection, I am good to go.

I watch tv in the morning when getting ready for work - I watch news and traffic
I watch tv at night while I am sitting with the family and they are all watching TV

thanks all who are able to see the importance of not watching t.v.
in excess, done anything is bad, but somethings are worse.
watching t.v. gets to rust the minds. and take a toll on the eye sight.

also, the more u watch the bad programs, the more u taint ur unconcious mind with all that is bad or not nice.

so, watch less, t.v. and 'watch, what u watch

documentaries on science, good cartoon movies, and positive informative talk, & weather news are v. good to view.
