They have pretty much told the govt that they will protect the state, not the govt. All stakeholders needs to sort this out themselves in the interest of the nation.

Nothing is happening & if NS smart he should hand security of govt buildings over to army and move into rented house & let the Parliament meet in convention center. Let them protest as long as they want in any zone they want to. Make it business as usually and ignore them.

I agree but the question is, what if they storm in PM house or parliament? Cuz ultimately they’ll do it if they dont see any movement from army or NS

Let them storm the PM house. PM house does not belong to NS & let them protest as long as they want. What will happen? Nothing. When you create obstacles people believe that have cause to overcome. If their cause is to forced PM out storming buildings wont do it.

I said symbolically. Its like when in olden days, people would storm and take over palace of their kings. Legally, taking over PM may not mean anything, but it would send a pretty strong message internationally (and even within nation).

I don’t condone with what imran is doing, but he is coming out as a courageous man now which does help politicians improve their standing. We can see this in Nawaz versus benazir and the way Bhutto tore the resolution in the UN.

I hope the issue is sorted out soon though. I am sure from here onwards people will take his threats more seriously, he has made his point.
