I made my entire extended family abroad cancel GEO TV subscriptions when they pulled that ISI stunt. In the UK apparently they’ve lost massive subscriptions and ratings…ARY is overtaken them in the UK I think…not sure about the US.

Another thing which people need to keep in mind is that this is not Jinnah Avenue…it’s a much smaller road…the width of the road is smaller which means the masses of people are in a longer line behind. I could be wrong, but that’s what it looks like. Smart move by whomever it was to make sure the march doesn’t end up on Jinnah Avenue.

There is no way Imran Khan and Tahir Ul Qadri can hope to succeed in toppling a government that was just elected last year and is still popular unless they have the support of the army. Even if the government is toppled, the matter will be closed and there would be anarchy in the country, and any new government will struggle to rule the country.

Politicians should think things through before going down a dead end street.

Imran should stop this drama. It is despicable that Imran is threatening to unleash his supporters and create violence. He should be ashamed of himself for making such threats. He is making great revolutionary statements but what revolution did he bring to KP. Are the statements aimed at creating a better Pakistan or just aimed at grabbing power. It would be prudent for him to improve governance in KP rather than just making empty slogan, because after hearing these slogans for a long time people are beginning to see through them.

As much as it pains me to say, Pakistan is a complete and utter ****hole. This “democracy” some people keep on raving about, is pretty much non-existent.

What party is the ruling party? PML-NAWAZ, a political party named after a single person, which pretty much says it all.

But the real culprits are the people of Pakistan, who elect such politicians to be their prime ministers and presidents.

The people want same type of rulers as themselves, liers and frauds. Nothing good will come out of this long march, the people of Pakistan are content living in a ****hole.

Imran is cornered … issue is that now he needs a respectable way out but with a less than impressive azadi march, all govt can offer him is the same offer which it made to imran before he started the march (10 constituencies recount, form a juidical commission, electoral reforms etc) and if imrann accepts this govt offer, his supporters will yell at him that why the hell you did the march?

what he is asking for (nawaz resigns and conduct new elections) requires a lot more pressure and a lot more people with determination and patience for a long dharna. At least at this point imran is not in position to exert too much pressure on the govt…govt would love to waiit and see as imran supporters will start to leave as time passes by

so imran has only one option left…turn this march into a violent show or at least threaten violence if his demands are not met…that will be a very serious mistake as imran will lose more credibility among masses plus army for sure will make the move and the whole system will be at stake.

There are also rmmuours that taliban can conduct bomb attacks at PTI and PAT jalsas … that will automatically finish both rallies with a lot of blood…may Allah keep everyone safe.
