From my very personal experience, it is usually the crooked businessmen in urban areas who support these brothers because they directly benefits from the corruption of these brothers. It’s nice having these Noon Leegi ministers on speed dial for quick favours and extra perks.
They always present their rotten ‘business rationality’ to keep these brothers in power.
