You are right … and what I know, no military dictator in Pakistan ever used state instruments (police or judges) to persecute peaceful citizens of Pakistan, shoot peaceful children, or shoot pregnant women on their face. All these are present (Saughat) of Thugs who capture Pakistan in the name of a deceptive system they like to call Demon-cracy.
