Jasos saheb, confusion is only at one place. People like Nawaz have made state their personal slaves, but they are not, they are employees of state.
State is always there, but governments come and goes. Life of governments are meaningless, and people in government are not laws, nor they are above laws.
If Nawaz and Nooras think that state institutions should help them survive and protect government, than they are wrong. It is not duty of state institutions to protect governments.
