here is my question…if supreme court has ordered a certain verdict to be implemented by XYZ time, what are government responsibilities? I am genuinely curious. Can govt not obey those orders based on premises that it will induce violence? or ask court for relaxation?

Supreme Court probably ordered on request/petition of someone, very likely govt. It may be appealed by other party as well.
