You can consider a dialogue weak but

1. it’s better than bullets and shows the leadership of IK/TUQ as being superior to thugs like BB/NS who have screwed the nation for about 2 generations now with their hired hitmen. Fact: It wasn’t IK/ TUQ who decided to kill 14 peaceful protestors, it was the not-so Shareef family monarchy oh wait democracy? that hired gulu butt type characters to kill people who were in the TUQ rally. and

2. recall that one of the demands in the dialogue is still for NS to step down - that still hasn’t changed.
