Ugh is used to express digust or annoyance for something that you find distasteful or that you don’t look forward to. Example: Ugh..I have to clean the bathroom again.

Err or **errm **is an embarrassed or cautious version of “uhm”. Example: Errm…your fly is open.

I think you mean aarghhhhh…which is used to express annoyance, frustration (out of confusion perhaps), anger, hopelessness. Example: Aaargh!!! I have so much work to do you and keep bugging me!
