YEah sanctioned F14s and rotting F-4s backed up with reverse engineered cobras (the earlier models which Pak supplied too as testbed), defected f-1s migs will taken on the might of the sole superpower of the world which has stealth, numbers (in quality), satellites, best ECMs and missiles in the world!
Lets not even delude ourselves with such bull****, right amigos? 
Iran knows its af will not survive along with other installations and hence you don’t see it spending $$ on it.. Iran is inflaming the insurgency in iraq (or will) to buy time for another advantage of a nookie (kinda like what pakistan as US looked the other way as long as reagan’s “evil empire” was destroyed..
