The full details of the case are not given but from the given information it appears that court has made a pre-mature decision. The medical pre-requisites for sex change surgery are not met in the case from the information given. I do not see name of any pshologist who has evaluated her. She needs to be evaluated by psychologist, if diagnosis is confirmed this has to be followed by psychotherapy, then followed by something called "real life test", where the pt assumes the role of other sex while she is given hormones. It after this that surgery can be recomended.
