Republicans , specially in Texas and south eastern parts of Arizona have passed a resolution about Sticking Chingum under the desks at school. It is aimed at those chingummers who regularly stick and un-stick the chingum to the undersides of the desks. This in turn spoils the surface of the desks from the underneath.
Student bodies have commented on it as being a very cruel and harsh rule.
One more reason to hate the Reppies.

Speaking of Nuclear tests, does those test produce BULL LA of any kind if used underneath the surface of Ocean?
i hope not, all poor fish will die of horrible suffocation. But i did hear from my anatomy professor that if you breath and sniff in that BULL LA, you cant actually die if u know how to inhale and exhale properly.

AQ: the process of producing BULL LA when testing nuclear weapons under the earth is a very complicated scientific process, which involves lots of chemicals, especially Cheeahol Prospectus. I heard that half of the countrie of the world have banned that substance though. Therefore testing under oceans is a very controlled process. So where exactly did you get that piece of info? I would like to see your source.

No - people who have seen that dhoti (on exhibit at the Royal Dhoti museum of Northern India) have mentioned that it looks as if Mr. W'Pai , didnt care about bullLaas, he actuall did 3 or 4 chingums, which were found sticking within a close radius on the upper part the dhoti.
It is also mentioned that the color of the chingum suggests that Mr. W'Pai was fond of eating Dark brown chingums.
