In addition to overhauling the outfit, you need to overhaul the mentalities as well. I’m quite fed up of the seniority complex that our players have. Inzi was never willing to play in the team in any other role than as a captain… not that it mattered in the end.
I say give the reigns of the team to someone who’s adequately experienced and if the “seniors” in the team don’t want to play, show them the door. Nobody is indispensable.
