Funny, in most societies "learned" does not equate to recently graduated. Far Eastern societies revere "wisdom" which is a combination of education and experience. As suprising as it might sound, reciting what you have learned in the protected walls of a university, or from reading books pales in comparison to real life.
My acid test? If you have started a business, employed someone, been responsible for paying him each week, and been responsible to pay the health benefits for his family, THEN you have some experience. Then you have the true taste of responsibility in this world. So long as you are simply receiving a paycheck, you are feeding at someone elses trough.
