LEIGHT WEIGHT, loose weight

actually i lost 1 kg and then gained 3 kg’s :crying:

u’ve prob put on muscle.. ive been gyming fro about 6 months now and even though ive gone down a size i weigh the same as i started..

as long as ur toned and getting fitter, dont worry bout wat the scales say.. they lie!! :flower2:

its because of muscle gaining :)
If u really want to loose weight, u l have to go to cardio traning. :)
like runnig, biking etc.

what u can do is start off with 30 min. walking /running
and after that, light working out.
light weights are better to shape muscles. heavy work out, is to make them bigger

Thats perfectly normal… its actually a good thing.

the purpose of weight training is to “gain” muscle mostly. and your on the right track.. I hope ur keeping a healthy n proper diet though… cos if ur having a big mac after the gym,thats not very good.

and yeah thats probably muscle u,ve put on… which is good :k:

the best for losing fat n gaining muscle is to just cut down on ur fats and keep it high protein with weight training n heavy weights…

if u just wana be lean, cut down fats, have proteins, and lift lighter weights and more reps per set and throw in some cardio work in there as well.

just go for the winsor pilates-programme.
it really works,
if you do this daily for some 30 minutes--> aap ki life ban jaye gi.

(but please, dont do this every day if you are already very thin/slim)
