black leggings are tacky regardless of which outfit they are worn with … slim straight leg black OR creme (same color as the dress) trousers would go best with this … please dont wear leggings … everytime i see a desi woman in a perfectly nice dress ruined with tacky elastic tights which only emphasise large carves or big feet , i die a lil inside lol

So are leggings the less sheer version of pantyhose?
