and see this whole tights leggings thing is confusing as different people mean different things.

I like and wear both with skirts and dresses.

i like wearing leggings as well as tights under my knee length skirts and dresses. I think they look very pretty. Now wearing tights with small T’s is a big no no. And girls who do this look silly!
