I totally and completely avoid contact with the seat in public restrooms. For me its either the urinals, or I would rush to the nearest hotel where I can find a clean bathroom. The kind of abuse you get to see in public restrooms really makes me wonder if living and breathing huamnoids are capable of creating such a filthy mess.
