If I'm not mistaken the Nazeer Ahmed you are referring to is one of the renowned writers of Urdu.... or better call him one of the legends of the Urdu Literature. One of his famous works include Maraa'at-ul-Uroos. He is commonly known as Deputy Nazeer Ahmed.
