Not quite … I’m sorry … The hamza in Al (The) the definite article - is always hamzatul wasli … also in the ibn (son) … but the 4th form of verbs known as Baab mazeed if’aal - they are always started with a hamzatul qat’i - there are other places for qat’i too.
