Lawyers' continued struggle for democracy

Re: Lawyers’ continued struggle for democracy

DC, I understand your worries, but let me counter your argument by this article. Which might convince you of dictator’s rule is never the best option.

Yaar, baat wahi aajati hai. Aap kaha maan rahe hai that CJ is no better than Mush. Actually you have state many times that Musharraf is a sensible leader with more brains as any leader in past in Pak history. Now I tried to convince you that we facing worst case scenario in Pak aur aap abhi bhi naih maan rahe.

They're struggling for more suicide bombings.

Re: Lawyers' continued struggle for democracy

^the way things have gone after CJs dismissal. I could hardly blame him or his fellows to be responsible for suiciders. You should ask AH and his company, maybe they have hired some of their recently visited madrassa friends.

Re: Lawyers' continued struggle for democracy

yeah exactly
i am afraid what these pplz are doing

Re: Lawyers' continued struggle for democracy

Someone who forces corrupt officials to be held accountable and defends the poor is a thug in your eyes????

Govt propganda at its best. Its unfrotunate people like you are so easily fooled...

What other people who fought against oppression, and stood up for the rights of the poor do you consider to be thugs?

What evidence do you have by the way against the Chief Justice? Or are you so enamored of Mush that proof and evidence is no longer part of you vocabulary?

Re: Lawyers' continued struggle for democracy

We are asking for an INDEPEDANT Judiciary... Be it with the CJ or without.. But as things stand, you cant have an independant Judiciary without the CJ of Pakistan.

The CJ was a saviour for many people... His court was swamped by poor litigants trying to find justice in an otherwise uncaring and cold govt, particularly after he was rightfuly vindicated by the Supreme Court...
You may not like the CJ for whatever personal reasons you have, but Millions across the country have and continue to look on him as a savior.

Try convincing them otherwise.
