awww, I hope they have improved , I guess dark colors bleed. They are having only chiffon duppattas this year and I am glad to know that. The Shalimar print of Élan comes with silk duppatta and I was checking it , aik minute bhi nahi tik raha tha!

Does topkapi come with printed border and the neckline embroided?

Yes it does come with embroidered neckline. As for the border, they have given many different panels and one has to get it stitched like that.
