I ordered one SS suit, which is yet to be delivered. However they were very prompt in replying my email and said due to the high number of orders, there is a delay in shipment. I ordered the day online pre booking started.
Trying to get Elan, but its not available, and i dont want to pay an arm and a leg for a designer lawn jora!

I saw some online, i hope it was the bad camera, but it was NOT looking good at all!
Saleem fabrics on fb posted a video of their display too. it was very dull so couldnt tell much! waiting for some good quality pics!

Finally done with my lawn shopping tonight…it wasn’t easy and ended just now by ordering the last suit of crimson ..huh..will share pix for sure…

I didnt like Sana Safinaz at all thus year. Its all white n black mostly. I dont know why ppl go crazy over it.
Zara Shahjahan was another disappointment for me, though she offered less messy prints but colors were all dull. Im a fan of light colors but somehow Zara’s palette was tooo tooo dull even in pics. Plus i got her silk suit last year which was yucky!!!
FTA was lovely thus year and i had no plan to buy it but ended up buying 3.
Elan i liked as usual. Sone designs are too printy though yet lovely collection
Maria B incorporated same cuts like last year but they were still nice. Mix of dark, softs, light n dulls add collection interesting
Crimson is even better than last year but some prints are way too floral still this collection gets my likes.
Sobia nazir is again same with look alike embellishments of last year. I always dont buy it as in 2009 when i was living in Pakistan n lawn mania wasnt at its climax they held exhibition and i went there after seeing their catalogue n was windering where r suits i liked and to my astonishment ehen i saw them with my naked eyes they were ugly. However this year i ended up with buying 1 peach coral suit the hit code one and its color is lush in real.
Rungrez was also nice. Soft colors of my choice.
Hiwever this year i limited my lawn shopping still i have got around 1suits. Got 3 elan, 3 crimson, 3 FTA and 2 from maria b plus sobia nazir and im not looking forward to any else though Zainab Chottani is releasing too!!!

Appayya, I got my Elan from Sanaulla during their prebooking but honestly it was a big hassle. Maria B will be restocking all hit codes in a few days.

Salaam you guys. I haven’t made a post for a while. But I just wanted to inform you guys, I have nothing personal against Sana Safinaz. But I dont know if anyone else share this experience as I have. But I want to highly advice against buying anything through their website. If you really want to opt for some middle man vendor, but not from their page. I made a single lawn outfit purchase through their website on the release day of their lawn. And as fast as they were to deduct the money for the outfit plus shipment. After that day (purchased on the 6th of March) I haven’t received my outfit, nor is there ANY whatsoever information/confirmation nor update about my outfit. I have written seeeeeveral emails provided on their website, also through Facebook, i even commented on their images, and to my surprise seeing there are other people going through the same hassle as me. They’re are so many others who apparently haven’t herd a single sound from them about the orders. This is what really annoys me, you like posing and opting to look and feel like an “westernized” “international” brand by charging an insane amount for your average looking clothes, and hi fi campaign videos, most of the inspiration you get from international designer (or so i have read in many articles) yet your service is one of the poorest of the poorest i have ever seen. I am so incredibly disappointed, after this experience i am sitting without any outfit, and several thousand rupees(pounds in this case) lesser. My personal self will never put one more dime in a business that has such a bad attitude towards client/customer satisfaction and service. I just cant put my money with such low values. I even emailed them today, and have been since my order its been 14 days since my order and not one pin drop. Disappointed !

I also am going thru the same problem with them, i booked a suit on the day they started pre orders. March 4, but they were responsive to the emails and fb messages. long story short, i still havent received my suit. they said TCS could not deliver, and was returned back to them and that i should re order. of course that suit is no longer available

Sorry to hear about your experience. I ordered 2 outfits from them on 4th march and obviously my card was charged immediately. I didn’t hear back from them for the following 2 weeks despite various emails. At was at this point that I lost my patience and left a comment on their facebook posts about their poor customer service. My comment was deleted which really upset me and hence I posted on various posts on their facebook page about the lack of ethic on their part in deleting my comment. After a few hours, they private messaged me saying my order has been dispatched and provided me with the tracking number. I received my outfits yesterday.
I am not sure what really made them deliver my package but I do agree that it’s been a terrible experience and going forward I will never spend a penny on this unprofessional brand.

Its really unfortunate that more of you have experienced this. I still haven’t heard from them, nor am I expecting to hear from them anytime soon. Im just hoping that my outfit shows up, otherwise my money has been lost. Which is incredibly upsetting. Im stunned over there poor non-existing customer service in this case. No matter what “excuse” or “reasoning” you have, informing your client should be there first priority. As it is with all there clients in Pakistan and globally that are the reason they are the “brand” they are today. But this is definitely my last time doing any clientele exchange with them. I dont even care about the clothes or anything. Just their principals have turned me off, and I do not want to contribute to such venture.
