Hai hai hai Talk fashion, woh bhi aik zumaana thaa (looking wistfully out of the window!). The only actual photos ive seen are the Junaid Jamshaid, Mausummery and image lawns. You're right, where are all the exhibition photos?
I thought lawn fever might have died down but my mum went to kapaas kapra shop in islamabad to buy a couple of merina and linen suits, big mistake, she said the shop was bursting at the seams with begumaat buying lawn suits, its still pretty cold out there and definitely not the weather for lawn! My mum is one of the most fussy people everand wheni tried to quiz her about the lawns she said
" uff, itnay mehngay suit, kisee na kaam kay" lol

I need some help - i saw some lawns with silk pattis and panels - the screen print type and i can no longer find them!!! I remember is being a lesser know designer name I think began with s...

My sister went to Asim Jofa's exhibition held locally and got to see the prints in person that were actually stitched. She came back and said tumhare Wala bilkul bhi acha nahi tha (that I've already placed the order for). :( Ah well .....

Asim jofa has very good fabric in the market this time plus the embroidery ones are amazing. I have got 2 for myself from Mariam Mairaj

I wonder what happened to all those great people who would get the pics from the exhibition and fb would be flooding with real suit pics and that way we could get to see the suits without the glamour factor and get a true idea they were a blessing to us who live abroad

‘those’ great people are confused. 18734 brands of lawns this year and no idea kahan jayen kahan naa jayen…chalay bhi jayen tau pictures upload kar kay yehi sunna hai na ‘itneeee mehngiiii ???’ a designer suit on average is $100 with stitching and handling ! khajjal khwaari aur petrol phoonknay ka kya faida ?

AND PLEASE PEOPLE !!! Buy sobia nazir’s prints at your own risk. I have experienced them being ruined during shrinking for last 3 years now.. they bleed colours like anything

Yaar I really loved the color and everything on the model but when I saw the pics myself (which was after I had placed the order) they were kinda disappointing. Then my sister saying bilkul bhi acha nahi made me further regret buying it. She also said they weren’t stitched very nice. Anyways I am trying to design it in a way that I will actually enjoy wearing the suit.

Which two did you buy btw?

people who have seen zunn lawn, can you please tell me the details of the following suits..is the fist shirt embroidered all over (white on white) also what about the black detailing on the bakc…print or embroidery? what part of the second one is embroidered? would appreciate any input

so far i got 2 from icon heritage they r pretty nice n reasonable, 1 from lakhani n 1 hsy :) i need few more waiting for v lawn n sana safinas is v lawn launched yet or not?

can u plz tell me abt the quality of hsy lawn and icon
has any one seen hsy's silk lawn wht does it feel like?

Guys I got a suit from icon heritage n when I went to tailor he said the back of shirt is less though it's of the same measurement as mentioned on its cover but it's less u have to make panels also

R these guys showing designs wth panels n thn giving out a just a straight shirt?

I have asked him to adjust things n let me know

which one did u buy ? I kept saying over here that its baqwas. the embroidary is really cheap looking at the ones that i saw in real.
