Girls, does anyone know what these sleeves/style is called...those wide sleeves...that have the same width at the armhole and the cuffs....also this style seems to have a deeper than usual armhole to support that width....please give me your input...I want to get such made but don't know what it is called...

i noticed mostly elan design were like that
the armhole is not Cut in round shape
but squared

^ I am thinking, if I with a heavier built had to embrace the short length kameezes, then looser fitting shirts with the above styled sleeves would be the way to go...else I am gonna look a fatty :(

hi.its really bad and annoying..last year one of my elan suit had this issue..didn t u noticed it before stitching? or whoever stitched it could have done something rather then stitching as it is for u..

^no I missed it myself! never properly opened the embroidery patch since it never occurred that it might be faulty after all it cost nearly 6k, when you pay that much you expect quality. Wish I had seen it before. Also tailors have no mind of their own, went ahead with patching and stitching

Thanks for the clarification...I had purchased it thinking it looked purple and when I read navy blue, I was somewhat disappointed...but happy again :)

My sister almost bought two maria b suits but luckily she spotted in time how the printing was not straight on the hemline and another one had faulty embroidery done. Funny that they opened up many more packs and sub ki printing tairhee thi..kisi ka dupatta kharaab tau kisi ka daaman. Maria B should quit lawns next year..bahut ho gya

I have had similar issues with other lawns...The solution I came up with was to advice my contact to find a good machine embroiderer and cover up. The end product is always not even noticeable by me. I hope you get a replacement though...

Bachpan mein humari mum to issi tarha ke kurta style banati theen hamare liye
can Any One tell what these are Called in desi language
my Tailor is in gujrat he might not know the fancy names

^talkfashion, I like this sleeve style too but don't know how to explain it to the tailor. He makes tareezon Walay kurtay which I think are slightly different.

^ I would draw+show the pics...basically they have a square cut rather than a semi circular armhole...this time around I plan to get most of my lawns styled this way+looser than regular fit+short kameez lengths...I know this is the only way I can carry off the shorter hemlines :)
