I ordered 12a and 15b. They shipped my order ....but these suites missing...order on their site shows...they shipped all togather...very disappointed

At last sanaullah managed suit and they are saying they shipped, I am waiting to be reported by the receiving of shipment

They will ship one suite on Monday and one later when becomes available....but never mentioned which suite design will be shipped and which one I have to wait for....I consider it cheating and very wrong to send me a parcel with 2 missing suites and don't even mention it untill I notice it....

@Sumo, shipping charges are calculated per suit by Sanaullah, but if she paid for like all suits and 2 missing then i think sanaullah would adjust that. I had never heard bad reviews about them, only this time things gone wrong

i got one Nishat for my mommy, one HSY, one Elan and One sana Safinaz 
i must say…i cant pick my Fave but HSY’s fabric is AMAZING however Elan’s design is beautiful…and SS embroidary was sooooo pretty and well worth it…my mom loved her Nishat too…mine r currently in the stitching process

a crappy picture of my Elan shirt that got messed up, the design was mixed up with that of another shirt and after alteration it just looks below average with fitting etc.
I paid 2050 to a home based designer since I didn’t want to take the risk of a tailor ruining it and ruin is just what she did, though she did attempt to fix it and was apologetic about having family problems etc. that caused the mess
I have renewed respect for my tailor now!

It looks really nice, the colour combo is very pretty! Although, I never understand that when sellers make a mistake they have so many reasons for messing up, family issues are always near the top somewhere. When I don’t perform properly or make a mistake at work, I am accused of not being professional! Btw who was this home based designer?

Raania though it is looking good yet I can understand the disappointment of not getting the desired result. By the way which élan suit is this. Colour is looking really nice.

I got it, it's 9A. Well now I can understand, there is mess with border, as per catalogue border is wide but in ths pic it's not that wide as in élan catalogue. Fuzzypeach you are right, errors and mistakes at work are usually marked with the non professional attitude, basically it's not problem of home based designers only, actually we as a nation make lame excuses for our mistakes. We should have attitude to confess whatever wrong we have done. It may not sometimes undo mistake but it's attitude that does matter

Got it made from a lady who was referred by a friend she doesn't have an online prsence. Thanks for liking it ladies makes me feel better :) the dupatta is gorgeousss! I told her to cut the border so it could be used on sleeves too and appliqué of roses would have cost a fortune. Problem is the 2 very unnecessary panels on each side that start from the shoulder that look pathetic, plus the neckline on the side is bare looks ugly, will put pearls lace there myself. I asked for long fitted sleeves, she made them 3/4th. Fitting is tight around waist and loose ooper se. My usual tailors do a great job with fitting charging 350-400 for a shirt so this is disappointing!
