I miss my sleep these days...aged 29.and very particular about 7 hours sleep and want to go to bed before 10:30

Yes. 10.30 P.M..If I happen to sleep after that,the very next day will be a hell for me.

o my god.now a days i go to sleep at 12:00pm.and some times 2:00am.

In the long run,I fear,it will affect your health,if you do not take proper sleep.Recent studies have shown that memory will get badly affected if no proper sleep is placed.

my holidays will over after 1 month.n every day i am trying to get up early in morning n sleep early.
