This is teggy reporting live from Chopper 1: The conditions look great. The weatherman in the studio has fooled us again folks. It has not snowed as expected, it remains cold nonetheless. The sun has set, for quite a while for those evening-nappers. It is currently 12:37am CST. Back to you Johnson
