I must say bari lambi zuban hai.

I have Never eaten that cow tongue but we do eat bakrey ke siri paya regularly :k:

and in the end when every thing is mixed up it is kinda difficult to figure out which part is tongue, eye , nose ear etc . and then the fun part is to dig out maghaz from khopri (skull) I dont remeber eating bakrey ki zuban, but i may have… although i remeber someone told me that it tastes good , wallah o alim.

Mughaz(brain) tastes best when it is cooked or fried separatly just like we make andey ka salan. you can cook it quickly and it tastes yummy

I have eaten cow’s tongue.. Not tat i like it but i have tasted it.. Back home they cook it with alot of shoq
