Settings depend on machine type as well as laser type. As well as joules, you need to know the the pulse width and spot size. I imagine the spot size was small for her to be able to use 50 joules.
The YAG portion of the Apogee Elite, with a 12mm spot size only goes up to 45j and 5ms pulse width.
