Hmm I think either your parents or yourself should ask the girl what she prefers. For many, its a life achievement and they want to showcase it as much as possible (not always in a bad way) so she might get offended if you don’t put that title on the card. For others, they don’t care.

an achievement is an achievement and I think (I may be wrong) but proper etiquette calls for her being called Dr on the card since that’s her title. I just think it’s weird that it’s expected when the Dr is a boy but not when it’s a girl. i went to a wedding of a couple recently where the girl is a dr and the boy isn’t and they introduced them as “BOY’SNAME and Dr. GIRLSNAME”
