I just need an advice. My fiancee is a doctor. Larkay walay apnay cards p uske name k sath ‘Dr’ lagatay hain ya sirf larki walay hi wedding cards p? For larkay walay, does it look cheap or showoff?

Hmm I think either your parents or yourself should ask the girl what she prefers. For many, its a life achievement and they want to showcase it as much as possible (not always in a bad way) so she might get offended if you don’t put that title on the card. For others, they don’t care.
