This is outrageous! The prisoners are would be illegal immigrants not murderous villians. What are the Lankans afraid of? I didn’t realize they were so “nazuk”

This was a Gulf Air flight, so I doubt that the pilot was Sri Lankan.

^Oh I see. The headline in Dawn is what I pasted as a topic for this thread. Still, these guys were illegal immigrants not criminal masterminds.

I am saddened by the stance adopted by Gulf Air Pilots. This is blatant racism thinly disguised as concern for the security of passengers. There are many reports of similar knee jerk reactions by pilots and aircrews of U.S based airliners which have turned many travelers away from these Airlines.

I sincerely hope that this attitude doesn’t become embedded in the corporate culture of Gulf Air, if so, I would definitely think twice about flying this otherwise excellent Airline
