What are the sources of "dictatorshipwatch" to make this claim? Have they counted bodies? Can they prove their claim? or just word of mouth is enough a source for them?
There are many evidences to support this claim.
There were more then 5,000 students at the inception of operation in lal masjid, some 1300 + surrenderd what about rest?
Edhi claim that he was ordered to prepare 1,000 coffins.
The fact that jounalist are still not allowed to visist whole area.
No independant information about casualties is avaiable

Are these evidence similar, that there were no guns in that madrasa and that they did not break any law and were innocent of any crime? Or for that matter, all those gunmen shown in madrasa were Farishta and that Farishta came to defend Madrass and fought Pakistani commandoes but unfortunately lost and thus ran away to heaven? :)

Have you heard that from Edhi himself? Or is it part of your spreading Propaganda that is comming from various sources? I am asking because, I have heard from his own mouth (Edhi mouth) on PTV (channel 831 in UK) that government did not ask him for any coffins. He further said that he took part in all those burials and that total body burried was 68.
Why don’t you try to confirm what Edhi really said? (Sad that many have started propaganda involving his name that he has to came on TV to clearfy himself). Is it not in Quran that not to believe propagandas and only accept when you have confirmed informations, else you will be answerable to Allah, of spreading propaganda based on lies?

Well, one indepedent informant is Abdul Sattar Edhi who is respectable, trithful, honest and fair. He said on TV, that he was involved and that there were 68 bodies that were buried. After unbiased and careful analysis, my conclusion from all the news from various sources is that:
This Madrassa was girl Madrassa with around 5000 girl students registered. Most of them were day visitors. Some 1500 to 2000 girls use to live there (could be less). During 6 months of evil shaitanic Madrassa dance n Islamabad, many resident girls also left. Thus, only few girls were left when siege started. But then, Ghazi transferred some boy students from Madrassa Faridia (boys madrassa) to this girl madrassa. They along with terrorists from banned parties and foreign terrorists were hiding in madrass at the time of siege.
Later during siege, some 1400 of them came out (probably most of them Faridia students). Thus, when raid happened, madrass had mostly terrorists from banned organizations and foreign terrorists, plus there might be some girls left there too (girls some very young, most of whom had no home to go – now two are given shelter by Chaudhary Shujaat). That is the reason Ghazi was trying to negotiate safe package for around 50 terrorists along with him, and was willing to surrender everything to save these terrorists. Anyhow, result was that around 68 (mostly terrorists) got killed (as according to Edhi words heard from my own ears, on PTV channel 831 in UK).
If my conclusions are wrong than … find me parents of those innocents that got killed? Today, Pakistani media is so biy character that they would dig out anything to malign government. Obviously, innocent kids have innocent mummies and daddies :). No one can say that government is suppressing the media and forcing media not to show those innocent mummies and daddies crying for their kiddies, in many hundreds if not thousands (as all logic says that if there were huge casualties, they should be there). Each innocent kid died in this raid means one family with a pair of mummy and daddy, siblings and other relatives.*
