These orphans. I believe that it was wrong thing in the first place for government to let them retards get hold of orphans. Reason is that, most likely these retards would have brainwashed them and would have truned them into human bombs, for future use. Probably it would be same about those orphans under the care of other retards, as orphans in care of other retards are potential future human bombs.
