I've heard people suggest Main Market in Gulberg as being a good place for customized dresses, would you agree? Also, on my recent trip to Lahore, I went to Anarkali briefly but didn't find much. I coudn't find any kaam karne wale people, perhaps I didn't go to the right place in Anarkali.
