Just remembered an incidence that happened in Model town’s market at a bun kabab theeila:cb:..the woman asked the dude to wash his hands before he handles her order…he said.."baji ap ko nahi paata ke in hatoin ne kis kis ko bun kabab bana kar deye hai..and u r concerned about these couple of orders:D..that was so funny to hear:D

i used to get them from liberty market. and gol gappy from there. are there still dahi bhallay walay in main market or not? near where that bank used to be?

this was wayyyyyyy in the early ninties. it’s that area that on the opposite side to that gali with that frame-makers and karhai walay. and there is a bank in main market 
(used to be. ab nahin yaad) habib bank. beginning of the main market though. my mommy used to work there 
it was fun cuz in her break we would go to auriga center and she would shop for kapra there

i used to go there all the time but can’t recall it.
I do rememebr all those karhai walaay etc. also there was a dukaan for desi chicken. my mom used to buy chicken from there sometimes.
There was that Fish walaa too. Then there was that restaurant sorta thingy too. their tikkay were the best. :K:

oh yeahhhhh. the fish wala. the best fish ever. it was in this gali somewhere in the beginning of the main market (if you’re coming from teh direction of mini market). super oily but worth it 
and the tikkay walay were there too. right in the line of the karhai walai gali.
i can’t remember the chicken ki dukaan i think it was cuz we probably got it from somewhere else. oh yeahhhh we used to get it from this dukaan near u know where LGS elementary is? near MM Alam road. it was this gali there. they had this GIANT murghi and murgha there. it was so fascinating. but that was near mini market not main market. ohhhhhhh and after mini market close to mah house was this gannay kay juice wala. omg i used to get a glass of that fresh stuff coming home with my dad. the guy was so nice.
ASK yaar model town waghaira to naayi cheezain hain. the people who m oved from gulberg went to faisal town or model town. the original stuff was in gulberg. like halwa puri from ghalib market. people from far and wide used to come get that stuff

there were 2 dahi bhallay stalls. one in A-Block and another in C-Block (bank square market). i like A-block better.

You guys are so good that you have eaten so much tastes I don't recall any good tastes since its been so long I have visited Pakistan and whenever I go Pakistan I am not able to eat anything.:(

we used to buy meat & chicken from model town becasue we lived there.
But there was this Desi Chicken store in Main Market.
