No, in Britain.
Yes true girls like that or boys for that matter are in every society, but they are available in greater number over here where shamelessness and immorality are rampant.
There’s less in our Paki society as dharam, samaajh and parvivar keep a check on our people.

I agree with this, I didn’t read the article earlier on but yeah the wali’s permission is compulsory, if the girls biological wali’s are all kaafir then the responsibility of wali goes to a muslim of authority like a qazi in that area.
