3 cup cheki ka atta
3/4 cup paani
2 tbsp butter
1 pinch of namek
place in a bread keadning machine to make the dough
then put in fridge for 1/2 hour
get a rolling pin, and tava (griddle)
clean the counter top
place a napkin near by
put some kushkh atta on the counter top
take a fist size dough out of the dough
round it up in a small dumpling
roll it out
umm, proper 'gol'
put the tave on max hot speed
carefully lift the rolled out dough and place on the gridle
wait for a minute and then flip the roti
when both sides are a bit golden brown and done,
softly press with the napkin
it will make all kinareye pakaeey howeye
my roti lifts up all the way mash Allah
the trick is u turn it and press with napkin at the right time
and there u have it - nice, kehsta and hot roti
for a late comer, place in a roti ka romaal and plastic bag and then a glass container with lid
when saving left over, store the same way in fridge
next time heat up for less than a minute
it will be warm and fresh again :)

put one pinch of namak
put some ata… than some water … if u feel pani ziada hai tu put some ata more …than u may feel pani kam hai tu put some pani again …(continue and finally u ll reach a point when everything will be balanced)
put some ata on counter tab…try to round it up … it will be stuck on counter…try not to break it & try to detach it using ur fingers …pure ur hands with khush ata …continue the expersize … put khushk ata every where u can … finally when its detached from counter …try to clap & roll the roti …than put it on tawwa… & light up the burner… take a knife in one hand & egg ko uthal puthal kernay wala (whatever it is called)… use the knife to detach roti if its stuck with tawwa & use the other critical instrument turn it over …when its redish brown ur roti is tayaar ![]()

2-3 cups flour…1 cup water..some namek..table spoon of oil..
now use your hands and make a dough..lets hope u know how to do that..when you’re done..take a small amount… about umm 1/2 a cup and make it into a circular shape(this is the most critical part..as it determines the shape of our roti)..put lots of flour on the roti making thing..and well roll the dough out..but make sure you’ll not pressing too hard..and ..if it’s not circular…take a round pan top…
..and place it on the roti..and then take a knife..and cut around the top..to get a circular shape..
..& voila!! it’ll be as gol…then put it on the pan..some pros dont have to use a spatchula to flip it n stuff..
..as we’re kewl..newayyyyyy..now it’s done..
