No, they can't be compared in terms of utilizing but the question was about sensitivity there had to be some middle ground where similarities were found rather than dismissing a valid question. No?

Question is valid but similarities do not exist. Condoms are worn during the high time while tampons are inserted in banned period if we compare these two on the basis of sensitivity. This answers the question. :)
